After contacting 2 big name companies and getting a laughable $600-700 estimate to replace two torsion springs, and being blown off by the other company I decided to call Top Notch.
I called at 2pm and Joel had an opening at 5pm that same day.
He showed up on time, parts in hand ready to get it done.
He is professional, informative, ethical, fair priced and a stand-up guy.
He lubed everything from top to bottom, replaced 2 springs, adjusted the track and even popped in a new light bulb.
