Garage Door Repair
Our 24/7 garage door repair service addresses broken springs, cables, rollers, and track misalignments. Technicians use premium components rated up to 80,000 cycles for lasting durability. Emergency repairs typically complete within 2-4 hours, with same-day service available across all 54+ locations. We diagnose issues like uneven lifting, loud noises, and operational failures to restore functionality safely.
Garage Door Installation
We install custom garage doors from leading brands like Clopay and Amarr, offering steel, wood, and composite materials. Our process includes old door removal, precise installation, and operational testing with warranty documentation. Homeowners receive personalized consultations to select styles matching their property's aesthetics and insulation requirements, with installations typically completing in 4-6 hours.
Garage Door Openers
We service and install belt drive, chain drive, and smart garage door openers from Liftmaster, Craftsman, and Linear. Our technicians program remotes, adjust sensors, and test safety features during installations. Repairs address motor failures, sensor malfunctions, and remote programming issues. All opener installations include manufacturer warranties and operational training for homeowners.
Garage Door Springs
Our spring replacement service uses high-cycle torsion springs rated for 25,000-80,000 cycles. Technicians inspect for fatigue signs like loud snaps or uneven lifting, replacing both springs simultaneously for balanced operation. We offer lifetime warranty options on premium springs and complete tension adjustments to ensure smooth door movement during each service call.
Garage Maintenance
The $29.95 maintenance package includes full system inspection, lubrication of moving parts, hardware tightening, and balance testing. Our technicians check weather stripping integrity, identify wear patterns, and make minor adjustments to prevent emergencies. Annual maintenance plans extend component lifespan while maintaining warranty validity on installed garage door systems.
