Highly recommended-you can't go wrong with Veteran Garage Door Repair. I had a snapped spring, and the original installers wanted an exorbitant amount to fix it. I called VGD, and they came out within half an hour, gave a no-obligation quote and fixed it within one hour at a very fair price. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the technician who came out even adjusted the gap between the door and the frame. You won't regret calling this team.

Demarcus is the best. Never use another garage door repair company. I think he waited up the street before pulling into the driveway. Said he'd be here at noon and pulled in at exactly noon. Punctual polite positive and knows his job.

Great company. Very professional. Our door came off the track and wasn't operable. Technician arrived in the window it was originally booked and reached out to let me know when they'd arrive. Ulysses was pleasant, honest, and forthright with our options. As we're on a budget I was apprehensive and he worked with us. He had warned that there is an issue with our foundation and it was causing the problem.

When inevitably the door came off the track again despite our best efforts I contacted the company again and when he returned he helped us out again and was very easy to work with. Would do business with again and would recommend.

Zach did a great job assessing the problem, quoting the price, then repairing our electrical issue. Called first to let me know his arrival time. Good company we've used several years.

John did a fantastic job on the garage door torsion spring installation. They were able to give me an appointment in less than 24 hours and saved me a lot of hassle and inconvenience. John went above and beyond in doing a full tune up of the garage door. The door has never been so smooth in operation. Prices were inline with market and their services are highly recommended.

Great experience. Tech John S. resolved all the issues quickly. Arrived at the appointment time and walked me through what we did and maintenance I can do rather than have them back out. Didn't try to sell me on anything. Great service at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for and these guys are worth it - I'd say even on the lower end of cost. Pick them over a place like Welborn every single day.

I called Veteran in the morning and set a service call for the afternoon. I explained to Alex, the service tech, the multiple issues we were having with the garage door, and he got work immediately. He adjusted the tension spring, the wires and drums, replaced the rollers, and performed general maintenance all in under an hour. We also had issues with our old remote not communicating with the sensor, so he suggested replacing it with a new one and it worked instantly. If you're looking for a professional job done right with courtesy, this company is for you.

Overall amazing experience with this company! Scheduling is very easy and convenient! They technician (Nathan) texted as he promised and came on time, professionally determined the spring type that broke, didn't try to sell more expensive options, just explained to me and let me made the decision. Installed it pretty quick and did some door maintenance, checked all the joints and put grease where needed. Very reasonable price and very good communication, service and overall experience. Very impressed and hope other companies take this example.
