My parents had issues with the garage door on and off and two technicians came out to fix it and they were very professional. They took time explaining to me and came back the second time after we had some issues again. Communication was easy and technicians were punctual. I recommended them to my neighbors as well. I'll definitely hire them again if we need any extra work done.

Our 16-year-old garage door opener finally called it quits. VGDR came out the next day--called them late in the day--and the tech spent over an hour trying to get it to work. We decided to go with a new one based on the cost of repair of the old unit--it would have new parts but still be old. In another hour we were all set. The tech then spent time trying to get our old remotes to work--not just once--he worked on it for quite a while. No joy but can't fault him for trying. With the veteran's discount, the cost was about half of what we expected. They are now on our home repair list of service providers

Definitely recommend Veteran! The spring on our door randomly broke, so we wouldn't use our garage door at all. Veteran sent someone out within a few hours, assessed the issue, and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Repairs were done same day! Excellent customer service, decent prices, and solid work.

Veteran was quick to respond and fixed the issue rapidly and was honest about what my garage door needed. They didn't try to fix things that weren't done or sell things not needed. Highly recommend and will be using again in the future.
