One of the best service companies Ive come across. They answered the phone on the first call, provided a two hour window and followed back up directly with me once they were 30 minutes out.

Mike, the technician who serviced my repair was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in his craft. He not only took the time to do a great job in repairing, but also fine tuned everything to create less stress on the opener overall.

He also went above and beyond in explaining to me how I can keep maintenance up by applying grease on the springs in hinges routinely. Mike was very personable and polite in addition to being an absolute professional!

Mike (technician) came in very quickly to my place looked at the issue of my garage door. The spring was broken and he replaced quickly within less than an hour. He explained everything regarding the door mechanism and all of the door parts that can possibly stop the door operation. He did an excellent job and quick worked. He is friendly person that can easy explain and answer any question related to the door. I would highly recommend to have the Urgent Garage Doors especially with Mike for fixing any garage door issues.

Mike was great! Fixed our 25 year old opener in quick time. Very honest and friendly. Will definitely use Urgent Garage Doors for future needs and also recommend to our friends and family.

We are glad we called on Steve from Urgent Garage Doors. He came promptly and helped us figure out the issues with our garage door. Much more reasonable quote compared to the competition. The best.

Absolutely excellent service. My spring died Sunday pm with no warning. Urgent picked up the phone snd sent Danny to look at it within 30 min. Danny was one of the nicest, most patient repair persons Ive ever met. He was transparent and educated me a lot during the repair. I'd use them again in a heartbeat even if it were not an emergency.

I called and they came within 30 minutes, and they were able to replace the spring within an hour. I would definitely use their services again if anything comes up. Highly recommended.

These guys are terrific. They are always quick to respond and prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommend.

I used Yelp to reach out to multiple companies. I was completely overwhelmed as each company contacted me one after the other. When Mike showed up, he was courteous enough to wait until I finished to who I was speaking to. When the other company drove off, Mike told me he would beat any price the other companies gave me if I could give him the work today and he sure did! He explained everything to me well enough for me to understand as Im a new homeowner and didnt know what I was dealing with. Mike was quick and efficient. Let me know how to do proper maintenance as well. Best part is he said if Im having issues, I can call whenever and hell come out as he doesnt live too far from me. Thanks for all your help, Mike!

Great customer service great service.Mike did our repair and I really like how fast they respond and quick and professional they do their work.

Sunday 9am i realized my garage door was not working (with car inside and day full of kids' chores). Spring was broken. By 11:30AM the garage door was working again. New springs plus chain oiled. The price was great... they didnt try to take advantage of the situation. I really appreciate the service and will highly recommend to anyone i know.

This is the second time Ive used Steves services. He was very professional and always gets the work done in a timely manner. First time I used urgent garage door, my door had come off the hinges and he was at my house in 30 minutes. This time my garage door opener finally needed to be replaced and again, nothing but five star service

Urgent Garage Doors was a life saver!!! We broke our garage door yesterday on the weekend and were so stressed. The garage door was hit off the track and the spring needed to be replaced. I called them up and they showed up the next day within the timeframe they promised. They were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They were also fast and fair priced. I definitely recommend them!!!

David replaced our old garage door opener in less than an hour. He was super friendly and informative and gave plenty of details on how much everything costs and what he needed to do. Highly recommend!!

Mike helped us out in a pinch. We needed our door fixed right away and he came within 40 minutes to come assess the situation and do the repair. He was very polite and professional . We ended up upgrading our garage door system and we are so happy we did so with the discount bundled. He was on time and fast with the repair while being super informative of our options without pushing for a sale. Would definitely recommend and call them again if we had any issues in the future.

We had a great experience with Urgent Garage Door! Steve, our installer, was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire garage door replacement process smooth and stress-free. The new door looks fantastic and works perfectly you can tell the installation was done with care and precision. Steve answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working just right before he left. Were so glad we chose this company and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing fast, high-quality garage door service. Thanks, Steve!

Technician Mike called me 20 minutes before and arrived on time. He diagnosed and explained the problem and what are the different options I can choose from and he asked me to decide giving best value for money and longer life.

Install was a couple years ago. The door openers work wellabsolutely no issues. Had some work done in my garage that seemed to cause one of the doors to not function. Called Ilya. He picked up right away, listened to the symptoms and knew exactly what to have me try. It worked! He offered to come as well. 100% recommend using Ilya.

Quick and friendly service from the receptionist to the technician Mike. The receptionist was very nice and polite. She was able to arrange a technician to come to our home within a hour of calling. Mike called 20 minutes before he arrived as promised. Mike was so professional, very kind, trustworthy and efficient. He explained our garage system was from 2012 and he was happy to either salvage it or update it with a new system.

We didnt feel any pressure or get a sales vibe from him. We trusted what he recommended. Mike was also detail-oriented and was so kind to help straighten out and reinforce a metal bar on our garage door that had a dent even before we decided to move forward with the project. He recommended spraying our springs with WD40 once a month because our garage door is made of wood and very heavy. Overall we had an excellent experience!

We reached out to urgent garage doors yesterday for a bid and came out today, gave us a price and did the work right then and there. They had a very honest and fair estimate. We had a couple prior bids with just tons of upsells and things that werent necessary driving the bids out of an acceptable range. David was our installer. He showed up on time and installed everything beautifully. He Installed the exterior keypad for the outside as this is for a rental property that we own.

He was very professional, friendly , and explained everything. He even texted us 15 to 20 minutes before arrival so we could head over to the property to meet him which we appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone. Excellent service.

Ilya did an awesome job today for my home garage! The garage is much quieter and runs a lot of more smoothly. He fixed all the issues I had and answered all my questions. Thanks again Ilya for helping me out today.

Highly highly recommend this company! David the technician showed up an hour earlier the projected time! I had an issue with broken springs and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with giving me information of what needs to be replaced and doesnt force anything that I dont need. He was very friendly and very efficient with his work and was able to do in leas than an hour! You can just tell he knows what hes doing.

I reached out to other companies and it was either they didnt have an availability or they required me to take photos and required more information. When i reached out to Davis and his company it was simple! They just asked what was broken and they will tell you when their next availability is. Im very happy with this company, service and their work!

FYI: i called Saturday morning and he came out within an hour!

I would highly recommend Urgent Garage Doors for anyone in need of garage door repair. They provided excellent service from start to finish - the technician arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and quickly identified the problem. He explained the repair options clearly and helped me make an informed decision. The pricing was fair and competitive, and the repair was completed efficiently and effectively. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely use them again in the future."
